2. As UBIEE SEO PRO WEBIEE/Sponsor you will be able to earn a MINIMUM 1 Euro/TF$ per month. mostly confirmed with a 3 month subscription for each promotional URL that your customers submits to promote his own business into the UBIEE SEO PRO network Platform!
• NOTE: URL SUBMISSION is only available for paid and active subscription Customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies.
3. For promoting your UBIEE SEO PRO, on any Web site, please support the UBIEE WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies and use the following URL's: http://ubiee.com or http://yes-ubiee-can.com a part from your own promotions.
4. Always help your customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies to understand that using their Personal URL on any Web sites is for sure allowed, but should be made in conjunction with at least one of the two URL's: http://ubiee.com or http://yes-ubiee-can.com.
5. The idea of the UBIEE is to show it's potential with the indicated promotional URL's http://ubiee.com or http://yes-ubiee-can.com so please keep promoting it. We want to show the Internet marketer what it means, to have a true business promotional facility, and where your participation as an Independent Publisher will bring you always an up-front Payment in form of Euro/TF$ from all your customers that place a URL into the domain rotation system platform (Exceptions on UBIEE's Special Promotions do apply).
6. You understand that this Independent Publisher Membership with the UBIEE SEO PRO Innovational Tool is not considered a final product or Service, until further official publicly made available and upon announcements of such, and that no guarantees of success are given.
7. You understand that this Independent Publisher Membership qualifies you to be considered a UBIEE SEO PRO Business professional offering Publishing services on 810 Domains, with the rights and legal obligations, to be 100% paid up-front by it's customers in Euro/TF$, before you or UBIEE will render the service that the UBIEE SEO PRO Platform is providing to you on 810 Domains for your customers.
8. You understand and agree that all customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies placed into the UBIEE SEO PRO have to pay UBIEE CORPORATION S.L. the Service Provider, a small USP service fee which varies based on our current pricing options.
9. You understand that it is your obligation to attend your customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies, and to do it within your qualified professional interaction and by such recognition by one of the UBIEE Leaders, if not your Earning Position could be revoked and the Earning Potential will be removed from your Publisher Membership without warning.
10. You understand that it is your obligation to attend your customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies, and to do it within your qualified professional interaction and by such means you will provide your contact details to your customers as provided in your profile section, if not your Earning Position could be revoked and the Earning Potential will be removed from your Publisher Membership without warning.
11. You understand that UBIEE SEO PRO is a "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Program and we Pay you to learn. If you needs specific help or support we charge 50 EUR/TF$ for each started hour. You are also able to contribute 5 OTC Positions in your Name into the UBIEE ENVIRO Project.
12. All submitted URL pages are getting SEOptimised, and our USP Platform will be providing the SEOptimisation on each and every Domain with a total of 810 Domains globally, some sooner or some later.
13. Your eCurrency account details like AlertPay and PayPal should be immediately updated to receive your 100%, of the Payments from your Customers. You need to be verified to receive Subscription in AlertPay and PayPal.
14. You understand that it is your obligation to accept your TF-Benefactor, Wannabiee's, Aspirant/Customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies TF Payments as it is part of our UBIEE SEO PRO virtual ePeace eCurrency, The FUTURO. Note: All TF$ Payments are final and can not be reversed.
15. Our UBIEE SEO PRO is functional with 810 Domains globally and 320622 URL's at this moment. Little improvements are still implemented until the end of 2011. To make it a perfectly acceptable business opportunity that shall be considered the DO IT YOURSELF SEO BRANDING & Home Location for Real Internet Orientated Activities.
16. This is a very Innovational Technology, and we do not provide any guarantees for a fully functional service at any time. It shall be silently agreed upon by using this service that you fall under the Global TOS for all UBIEE web sites and services as indicated in many of the associated service pages, and you agree to whatever modification is made towards the implementation that will be adopted by the UBIEE HQ to introduce and present the UBIEE SEO PRO Globally.
17. That you have no rights to claim any damage or any other charges that might occur due to the service we provide to you and/or your TF-Benefactor, Wannabiee's, Aspirant/Customers/WEBIEES/TF-Partners & Agencies.
18. That you have no rights to add Third Party/Customers/Companies/WEBIEES URL's in form of a double account or taking advantage of eventual missing links within the system.
19. You are made aware, and agree to accept, that you are participating in a complete new advertising innovation, a Publisher SEO DO IT YOURSELF (DIY) Alternative and opportunity that the internet has never seen before.
20. UBIEE reserves the right to remove or disable any content promoted through our website at any time and without warning, if we feel it's inappropriate use or misrepresentation. This includes but is not limited to URLs and UBIEE SUPERsplash Pages which advertise business with Pop-Ups, Blocking smooth navigation with methods and opportunities that have been flagged as scams, fraud or other reasons. if we find you are promoting such above mentioned programs your Earning Position could be revoked and the Earnings will be removed from your Publisher Membership without warning.
• Re-Activating any UBIEE SOLUTIONS Network Account that was disabled, has a reactivation fee of 100 EUR or 1,000 TF$ and you need to send an email to reactivating.USP.Account@ceo.ubiee.org and indicate your complete details and explanation to make UBIEE HQ understand your reasons.

31. You understand that English is the Main Language and that all other Languages are optional and are not guaranteed to be exact and up to date.
32. You understand that this Independent Publisher Membership allows you to identify you in your promotions as:

    • USP Platform Participant

You understand that on our Main Home Pages we always indicate the Business address of RingSMS España S.L. & UBIEE Corporation S.L. with all the legal information provided to allow you to make your own Due Diligence checks. Example: Address, Country, Tax ID, Banking Information, Phone and Contact details.
34. You understand that in UBIEE we support Companies, Members, Organisation, Governments, the United Nations and anybody that supports Peace. It is therefore your obligation to point out the UN International PeaceDay. TV every year on September 21stBroadcast event Sponsorship Package.
